At Yorkshire Tree Surgery, we believe in utilising the timber from each job – whether that be a storm damaged tree that we have dismantled, a tree which has out grown its location, or simply a tree which we have reduced or pruned back. Our logs have not been shipped across the country, they have come from our local area. By utilising all materials we produce, we are playing our part in minimising our environmental impact. All logs are split and bagged, naturally dried under cover.

Q: HOW WILL MY LOGS BE DELIVERED?
A: Your logs will be delivered on a flatbed truck and lifted off using a small crane. This means your logs can be delivered precisely and easily to your desired location. We can lift your logs off in the bag or tip them loose in your required location. (Please note: an additional charge of £5 if you wish to have your log delivered and kept in the bag).
Q: IS THERE AN EXTRA PRICE FOR DELIVERY?
A: We deliver logs free of charge to Holderness villages and the East Side of Hull. A small delivery charge may apply for further afield, please contact us for a price.
Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
A: £130 per cubic metre bag (inc VAT) (not including the bag - this is available at an additional cost of £5 to keep the bag).
Q: HOW BIG ARE YOU LOG BAGS?
A: All our seasoned hard wood logs are sold by the cubic meter.
Q: HOW ARE YOUR LOGS DRIED?
A: We naturally air dry our logs and they have a moisture content below 20%.

A: We supply mixed hard wood and soft wood logs.

A: Our minimum order value is normally 1 bag (Although, this depends on your delivery location so please get in touch to confirm).

A: We can deliver anytime that is convenient for you, whether that be daytime, evenings or weekend.
